How a verified user's withdrawal was suspended for 40+ days due to lack of proper tools and warnings

The Problem: Binance expects users to verify addresses before withdrawal, but provides ZERO tools to do so.
Result: User gets punished for using a flagged address, but has no way to prevent this. This is a SYSTEM FAILURE, not user error.
